We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrician with strong solar and battery capability to step into a leadership focused role within a growing and well established business.

This position suits a confident operator who can lead from the front, run jobs end to end, and set the standard for quality, safety, and professionalism on site.

This is a full time long term opportunity offering autonomy, stability, and recognition for performance.

What You Will Bring

• Current NSW Electrical Licence
• Solar and battery accreditation
• Proven experience leading small teams and managing works independently
• Strong technical knowledge across solar and battery installations
• Clear communication, accountability, and a proactive leadership approach
• Full Australian work rights
• Ideally based on the Northern Beaches or willing to travel
